We are looking for an experienced
Delivery Manager to join a high‑profile digital transformation programme supporting the delivery of critical public services.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, ensuring successful delivery across a fast‑paced programme while coordinating stakeholders, managing priorities, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the successful delivery of programme workstreams, ensuring delivery against agreed milestones and objectives.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, delivery teams, and suppliers.
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery plans.
- Facilitate planning sessions, workshops, and governance meetings.
- Monitor delivery progress and provide regular reporting to programme stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement across delivery practices and processes.
- Support effective communication across technical and business teams.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience working as a Delivery Manager within complex transformation or digital programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience managing delivery in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments.
- Excellent planning, organisational, and risk management capabilities.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver against challenging timescales.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a collaborative approach to delivery.
- Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years' continuous UK residency.
- The right to work in the UK.
- NHS experience.
