We are seeking an experienced Technology Project Manager to support P3M delivery within a cleared environment. This role requires strong project leadership, governance, and experience, along with the ability to have a solid understanding of project policies and approval processes.

You will be responsible for managing technology-focused projects, ensuring effective governance, financial control, and stakeholder engagement, while operating in a secure, highly regulated set.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver technology projects in line with agreed scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
  • Apply robust project controls.
  • Manage governance processes and ensure compliance with project policies and standards.
  • Support approvals, including drafting and managing commitment cases.
  • Oversee project financial management, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Engage and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and supplier organisations.
  • Provide clear, accurate project reporting to programme and portfolio leadership.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Significant experience in project management and project controls within complex environments.
  • Strong understanding of project policies, processes, and governance.
  • Experience managing project finances and governance forums.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Formal project management qualification (APM PMQ preferred).
  • Active SC clearance (or eligible to hold).
Role Details
  • Role Area: P3M Delivery.
  • Rate: £400-£500 per day.
  • IR35: Inside.
  • Location: Corsham (2-3 days onsite per week, increasing to 3-4 days during onboarding).
  • Duration: 12 months, with possibility of extension.
  • Travel & Subsistence: Included in the rate.
  • Start Date: ASAP.
