Sanderson Government & Defence is seeking an experienced Service Designer to support the delivery of user-centred services in a regulated environment. In this role, you will design and improve compliant, end-to-end service experiences while working hybrid with two days onsite in Crawley.
Your responsibilities will include designing services across multiple touchpoints, producing service blueprints, and collaborating with various teams to implement solutions. Immediate start preferred with potential extensions based on performance.
