This is a unique opportunity to be part of the founding team in Manchester, helping to grow the consultancy’s regional capability and shape a distinctive culture built on collaboration, transparency, and creativity.
About the Role:
We’re looking for talented and motivated individuals to join a growing consultancy team working on high-impact transformation projects across the UK public and private sectors. Whether you're early in your consulting career or already operating at a strong consultant or senior level, this is an opportunity to work on meaningful change initiatives that improve services, systems, and outcomes for users.
You’ll bring expertise in one or more of the following areas:
- Business Analysis – Understanding user needs, mapping requirements, and supporting delivery teams with clarity and focus.
- Change Management – Supporting organisational change, stakeholder engagement, communications, and business readiness.
- Product Management – Shaping vision, managing roadmaps, and ensuring products deliver value to users and the business.
- Project Management – Coordinating delivery across cross-functional teams, managing risk, and ensuring clear governance.
- Operating Model Design – Supporting clients in redesigning structures, processes, and roles to meet strategic goals.
- Process Design & Improvement – Analysing and improving existing processes or designing new ones with users in mind.
- User Experience – Bringing user-centred thinking to the forefront of transformation programmes.
- Digital Transformation – Helping organisations modernise through agile methods, service design, and tech-enabled change.
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior consulting experience or demonstrable experience delivering change in a structured environment.
- A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills.
- The ability to work with ambiguity and turn complex challenges into actionable plans.
- A desire to grow and learn – whether you’re a junior consultant or on the path to becoming a senior.
- Experience working in or with the public sector.
- You must hold UK security clearance.
