We're looking for a contract Service Manager to support governance, reporting, and risk management across two existing managed services - while also supporting the onboarding of a new one. SFIA 3-4 level (but can go higher). You'll work directly with a senior stakeholder on a day-to-day basis, so confidence and credibility are key.
