Contract Lead Business Analyst - Cheltenham
Rate: Up to £800 per day (Inside IR35)
Location: Cheltenham (on-site, with some flexibility)
Clearance: Active eDV required
Duration: 6 months initial, with likely extension
The role
You'll lead business analysis on a high-profile programme in the national security space. You'll own requirements from discovery through to delivery. You'll work with senior stakeholders and steer a small team of analysts.
What you'll do
- Lead and mentor a team of BAs
- Run workshops and shape requirements with senior customers
- Translate complex needs into clear, testable outputs
- Work closely with architects, delivery leads and engineering teams
- Keep stakeholders aligned and decisions moving
What you'll bring
- Active eDV clearance (essential)
- Proven experience as a Lead or Senior BA in a complex environment
- Strong stakeholder management at senior level
- Agile and waterfall delivery experience
- Defence, intelligence or government background is a plus
