Experience
We are seeking an experienced Business Change Manager to lead coordinated business change across a complex, multi-stream programme. Key Responsibilities
- Provide visible, effective leadership: Develop a clear vision, set standards and champion best-practice business change management.
- Assess scale and scope: Identify and assess the scale and scope of change to determine resource requirements and approach, maintaining strategic oversight of wider change activity and prioritising resource where required.
- Lead change quality: Lead and oversee the quality and consistency of change activities across the programme.

- Deliver benefits with delivery partners: Work alongside Delivery Leads to deliver defined benefits and ensure adoption of new capabilities.
- Own the business change case: Lead on the business change elements of the business case.
- Lead change products: Lead the creation of business change products for the project and ensure they are used appropriately.
- Manage impacts: Understand the impact of the change and ensure effective mitigations are in place.
- Own the change plan: Establish and oversee the change plan and input to the wider project plan.
- Confirm business readiness: Identify business readiness criteria before implementation and assess the business area's readiness to go live with stakeholders.
- Plan benefits realisation: Work with the Benefits Manager, Project Manager and stakeholders to plan benefits realisation.
- Lead communications: Lead and oversee the project communications plan, ensuring plans and communications address stakeholder and project needs.
- Manage stakeholders: Identify and analyse stakeholders to create and manage a stakeholder engagement plan, fostering effective relationships with senior stakeholders and building strong internal and external networks.
