We are working alongside a large technology firm looking for a Business Change Analyst to join the organisation. In this role, you will help identify business needs, analyse gaps, and support the design and delivery of business and IT change initiatives within a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, playing a key role in shaping solutions, improving processes, and ensuring smooth adoption of change.
What you will be doing:
- Identifying business needs through root cause and gap analysis
- Analysing current and future business processes and defining requirements
- Supporting business case development and solution design
- Assisting with testing, deployment, and transition of business and IT changes
- Supporting proof-of-concept activity and service design
What you will bring:
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A structured, analytical approach with creative problem-solving ability
