Key Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions across a diverse stakeholder landscape.
- Analyse current-state processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Produce high-quality business analysis artefacts, including requirements documentation, process maps, user stories, and business cases.
- Support the design and implementation of business and operational change initiatives.
- Work closely with project managers, technical teams, and end users to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
- Assist with impact assessments, gap analysis, and benefits realisation activities.
- Support testing, user acceptance activities, and change adoption where required.
- Ensure requirements are clearly understood, prioritised, and traceable throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience working as a Business Analyst within complex transformation programmes.
- Strong requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience facilitating workshops and engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to analyse and improve business processes and operating models.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
- Experience working across multiple workstreams within fast‑paced delivery environments.
- Active SC Clearance and NPPV3 Clearance are essential requirements for this role.
Desirable Experience
- Experience working within public sector, government, policing, justice, or regulated environments.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Knowledge of business change, organisational transformation, or service improvement programmes.
- Experience working alongside consulting or advisory teams.
