We're seeking an experienced SC Cleared AWS Data Engineer to support a high-profile Central Government programme delivering critical data capabilities within a secure cloud environment. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to nationally significant work while leveraging modern AWS and data engineering technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimise scalable cloud-based data pipelines on AWS
- Develop and maintain robust ETL processes to support complex data integration requirements
- Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
- Work within established CI/CD pipelines to enable automated, reliable deployment of data solutions
- Process, transform, and analyse large datasets using distributed frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, analysts, and stakeholders across government
Required Skills Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (data-focused services preferred)
- Proven expertise with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Experience working with GitLab and implementing CI/CD pipelines
