The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced
Agile PMO Analyst to join a high-performing delivery team.
This is not a traditional PMO role focused solely on governance and reporting.
Instead, we're looking for someone who enjoys building intelligent tools and automating processes to improve delivery efficiency.
If you see a manual spreadsheet and immediately think about how to automate it, streamline it, or make it self-sustaining, we'd like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop automated PMO tools to improve reporting and delivery governance.
- Build and maintain advanced Excel models for planning, forecasting and resource management.
- Automate reporting, trackers and planning processes using VBA and macros.
- Support programme planning, RAID management, governance, resource planning and demand tracking.
- Identify opportunities to simplify and improve existing PMO processes.
- Produce accurate, insightful reporting to support programme decision-making.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to create scalable, efficient ways of working.
Essential Skills & Experience
β’ Advanced Microsoft Excel, including
- Complex formulas
- Data modelling
- Power Query
- Strong VBA and macro development skills for automating reporting and planning activities.
β’ Solid PMO experience, including
- Programme planning
- RAID management
- Governance
- Resource and demand management
- Forecasting
- Experience creating tools that reduce manual effort and improve delivery efficiency.
Desirable Skills
- Power BI
- SQL
- Dashboard development and data visualisation
- Process improvement experience
- Public sector delivery experience
