Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot infrastructure issues (Windows, RHEL, SAN, GPOs, WSUS, AD, AppLocker, etc.)
- Collaborate with Network, Engineering, and SOC teams to resolve end-user impacts
- Work directly with client leads on escalated incidents
- Maintain test and live environments, including patching and updates (Anti-Virus, WSUS, RHEL, etc.)
- Manage PKI certificates and SIEM tooling
- Support Engineering and Test teams
- Perform AD administration (accounts, groups, memberships, permissions)
Required Skills
- Infrastructure: VMWare vSphere, Windows Server, Windows AD, DNS, WSUS, RDS, McAfee, RHEL
- Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure environments
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
- SharePoint, SQL, Exchange, CAS
- Familiarity with PKI, SIEM, or security-focused tooling
- SQL server skills
