Purpose of Role
The Business Analyst is responsible for translating the strategic vision of Digital Wing into clear business, user and technical requirements.
The role will ensure that programme decisions are grounded in operational need and that solutions are aligned to desired outcomes and benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture and document business requirements
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and discovery sessions
- Analyse current and future operating models
- Define user journeys and use cases
- Produce requirements documentation
