Responsibilities
- Plan, scope, and deliver user research across the Agile lifecycle
- Use qualitative methods such as usability testing, interviews, surveys, ethnography, and focus groups
- Collaborate with Designers, Product Owners, and Developers to prioritise research
- Turn research findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
- Communicate complex research outputs to stakeholders effectively
- Ensure research supports accessible, inclusive, and ethical design
- Contribute to service and design improvements based on user insight
- Facilitate workshops and help teams interpret research findings
- Advocate for user-centred design across teams
This is a remote role with occasional travel to London, offered at a rate of £477 per day inside IR35 for a 12-month duration.
