to join a growing team supporting critical SQL Server environments. You'll be responsible for ensuring database availability, performance, security, and resilience across enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities: Administer and support Microsoft SQL Server environments. Manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes. Optimise database performance and resolve issues proactively. Maintain high availability solutions and ensure system resilience. Implement security best practices and database governance. Automate database administration tasks using
T-SQL
and
PowerShell . Monitor database health, capacity, and performance. Provide operational support and incident resolution. Key Skills Required: Strong SQL Server DBA experience. Database administration, backup and recovery expertise. Performance tuning and optimisation. High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) experience. Database security and access management. Automation using T-SQL and PowerShell. Monitoring and troubleshooting of SQL Server environments. Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
