Requirements
- Strong commercial experience with Siemens Teamcenter PLM.
- Proven expertise in Teamcenter configuration and customisation.
- Experience operating as a technical SME within application support or engineering environments.
- Strong understanding of Dev Ops methodologies, CI/CD pipelines and change delivery processes.
- Hands‑on experience with Git or Git‑based source control.
- Experience delivering and supporting tool integrations and interfaces.
- Excellent problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively within secure, complex environments.
- Current and active DV clearance is mandatory.
- Experience within Defence, Government or National Security sectors is desirable.
- Knowledge of Teamcenter upgrades, migrations and data management is desirable.
- Familiarity with PLM integrations across engineering and manufacturing toolsets is desirable.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Act as the technical SME for Siemens Teamcenter PLM.
- Provide 3rd line application support and technical leadership across the Teamcenter estate.
- Configure, customise and maintain Teamcenter solutions to meet evolving business requirements.
- Support and deliver system enhancements, upgrades and change requests.
- Design and implement integrations between Teamcenter and associated enterprise tools.
- Work collaboratively with engineering, development and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Deliver changes through established Dev Ops pipelines and source control processes.
- Support release management, testing and deployment activities.
- Ensure platform stability, performance and security within a highly regulated environment.

We are seeking an experienced Siemens Teamcenter PLM Engineer to join a high‑profile programme supporting a secure government environment.
This is a 12‑month contract based in Reading with 2 days per week onsite, offered at £500 per day inside IR35.
