This is an excellent opportunity to work on meaningful, user-centred services within a collaborative agile environment, helping to shape and improve digital experiences used by thousands of citizens.
The successful candidate will bring strong experience delivering user research within Central Government or Defence environments, alongside a thorough understanding of Government Digital Service (GDS) standards and best practices.
You'll work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure user needs drive product and service decisions throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities Plan, design and conduct user research across discovery, alpha, beta and live phases.
Apply a range of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, including interviews, usability testing, surveys and workshops.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Service Designers, Business Analysts, Content Designers and Delivery teams.
