We are seeking an experienced Digital Organisation Design and Transformation Lead to play a pivotal role in driving strategic digital change within a complex, security-conscious environment. - Proven experience in developing and delivering digital transformation strategies and programmes, ideally within complex engineering, defence, or similarly regulated environments.
- Strong background in organisational design, including operating model development and workforce planning for digital-first organisations.
- Expertise in change management, stakeholder engagement, and organisational adoption.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior leadership and cross-functional teams effectively.
- Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale digital programmes while managing competing priorities and organisational constraints.

- UK Sole National status is required.
