Product Owner Location: Bristol/Newbury Hybrid DV clearance We are seeking an experienced DV Cleared Product Owner to support a major Defence programme within a highly secure environment. This role will focus on driving product strategy, prioritisation, stakeholder engagement, and Agile delivery, ensuring products and services deliver measurable value to users and the wider organisation. Key Responsibilities Own and manage the product backlog, roadmap, and delivery priorities. Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned to programme objectives. Engage with users and stakeholders to understand, validate, and prioritise requirements. Work closely with Agile delivery teams to maximise value and accelerate outcomes. Manage product risks, dependencies, assumptions, and constraints. Drive user-centred product development and continuous improvement. Monitor product performance, adoption, and benefits realisation. Support products through the full lifecycle, from discovery through to live service. Essential Experience Active UKSV DV Clearance . Sole British National. Proven experience as a Product Owner , Product Manager , or similar role. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product delivery. Experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, and stakeholder relationships. Ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical considerations.
