We are seeking a User Researcher to join our team in Nailsea, Bristol. In this position, you will be responsible for guiding user research initiatives that inform product development. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that user insights are integrated throughout the product lifecycle.

What you'll do
- Lead user research projects employing various behavioral and attitudinal methodologies.
- Collaborate with teams throughout all phases of the product lifecycle, from initial discovery to design and final delivery.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in managing user research programs with a diverse set of research techniques.
- Proven track record of working across different stages of product or service development.
- Current Security Check (SC) clearance or the ability to obtain it, including compliance with UK residency requirements.
Skills & tools
- Familiarity with user research methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to analyze and synthesize user data to inform design decisions.
- Proficiency in using research tools and software relevant to user experience studies.
Practical notes
- Candidates must be eligible for Security Check clearance, which requires meeting specific residency criteria in the UK.
