What you'll do
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into effective service design solutions.
- Develop and refine service design artifacts such as user journeys, personas, and service blueprints.
- Ensure compliance with Government Digital Service (GDS) standards or similar frameworks throughout the design process.
- Conduct user research and testing to validate design concepts and iterate on solutions based on feedback.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in service design and product design.
- Demonstrated ability to manage the entire service design lifecycle with minimal oversight.
- Familiarity with Government Digital Service (GDS) standards or equivalent design methodologies.
- Proficient in creating service design documentation, including user journeys, personas, and service concepts.
Skills & tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience with design tools and software relevant to service design.
Practical notes
