We're looking for an experienced Service Designer to join a high-profile public sector programme. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape user-centred services that deliver real impact at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver user-centred design activities across complex services
  • Plan and execute user research (interviews, surveys, focus groups, usability testing)
  • Apply service design frameworks and methodologies to improve end-to-end service experiences
  • Create and maintain user personas, empathy maps, and journey maps
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to translate research insights into actionable design improvements
  • Contribute to service transformation initiatives within a public sector environment

Key Requirements

  • Active SC Clearance (desirable) OR eligible to obtain (mandatory 5 years UK residency)
  • UK Citizen and based in the UK
  • Strong experience with user research methodologies and practical application
