OT Cyber Security Senior ManagerLocation: Hybrid (1 day per week in the London office, plus client site visits as required)Salary: Β£90,000 - Β£105,000 + Excellent Benefits PackageSecurity Clearance: Candidates must be eligible for BPSS and SC Clearance.
The OpportunityWe are seeking an OT Cyber Security Senior Manager to lead the delivery of complex cyber security programmes across sectors including Energy, Utilities, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Defence, and Critical National Infrastructure. This is an opportunity to take ownership of high-profile client engagements, influence cyber security strategy at executive level, and help shape the growth of a rapidly expanding OT security practice.
As an OT Cyber Security Senior Manager, you will work with senior client stakeholders to solve complex operational technology security challenges, protecting industrial environments from evolving cyber threats. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, deliver strategic security programmes, and contribute to the development of future OT security capabilities.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Leadership & Programme DeliveryLead the end-to-end delivery of OT cyber security projects within highly regulated environments.
Manage project timelines, budgets, governance, and security requirements.
Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders at both technical and executive levels.
Conduct cyber security strategy reviews, readiness assessments, and discovery workshops.
Identify business and technical risks, providing practical mitigation strategies.
Technical LeadershipAssess and secure Industrial Control Systems (ICS), including SCADA, DCS, PLC, and IIoT environments.
Design and implement cyber security solutions tailored to operational technology environments.
Develop OT security frameworks aligned to recognised industry standards.
Produce key securitydeliverables including: Threat and risk assessmentsSecurity policies and proceduresCompliance and assurance documentationSecurity improvement roadmapsTeam Development & Business GrowthMentor and develop security consultants and technical specialists.
Support business development activities and identify growth opportunities within existing and new client accounts.
Represent the organisation through thought leadership, industry engagement, and client presentations.
What We're Looking ForEssential Experience10+ years' experience in OT/ICS Cyber Security or Critical Infrastructure Security.
Proven experience leading complex cyber security programmes within industrial or regulated environments.
Strong understanding of: SCADADCSPLCIIoT technologiesKnowledge of OT security regulations and frameworks including NIS, NIS2, CAF, and CRA.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to translate technical cyber risks into business-focused recommendations.
Willingness to travel across the UK as required.
Desirable
ExperienceIndustry certifications such as GICSP, IEC 62443, CISSP, or GRID.Experience across Energy, Utilities, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Defence, or Critical National Infrastructure sectors.
Knowledge of NERC-CIP and IEC/ISA 62443 standards.
Experience delivering both advisory and technical implementation engagements.
