We are seeking an experienced IT Service Manager to support a long term critical public sector programme within a secure environment. The successful candidate will hold active UKSV DV clearance and bring strong experience delivering and managing IT services across complex stakeholder landscapes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage IT service delivery in line with agreed SLAs and KPIs
- Own and continuously improve ITSM processes, aligned to ITIL best practice
- Act as the primary interface between technical teams, end users, and senior stakeholders
- Manage incident, problem, change, and service transition activities
- Support service governance, reporting, and continual service improvement initiatives
Skills & Experience
- Active UKSV Developed Vetting (DV) clearance
- Proven experience working within the UK public sector, ideally on secure or defence programmes
- Strong background in IT Service Management (ITSM)
- Solid working knowledge of ITIL (certification preferred)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
