The Opportunity
Help shape the successful adoption of AI across a major organisation. We're looking for an experienced AI Change Manager to lead the communications, engagement and change activities that will drive adoption of Microsoft Copilot and other AI-enabled tools. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring AI is embraced confidently, responsibly and delivers measurable business value.
Working as part of a newly established Change, Adoption and Behaviour team, you'll support a critical transition period while helping embed AI into day-to-day ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the change management approach for AI-enabled tools and services.
Develop and deliver communications, engagement and adoption strategies.
Create clear, practical guidance and supporting materials for a wide range of users.
Work with senior stakeholders, technical specialists and business teams to align change activity with organisational priorities.
Identify adoption barriers through user feedback and data, implementing targeted interventions to improve uptake and confidence.
