Senior Software Engineer - Data Systems in Kingswood

Salary: £48,000 - 88,000 per year

Requirements

• We require British nationality only, active SC clearance, and eligibility for higher level clearance.
• We require you to be based in or willing to relocate to Gloucester.
• We require 5 years of professional experience in cloud data engineering, with a focus on AWS.
• We require hands‑on experience with Python or Java, Hadoop or other distributed systems, and CI/CD pipelines.
• We require proven ability to design scalable architectures and mentor technical teams.
• We are looking for someone who thinks in systems, communicates clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences, and pays close attention to detail.
• We are looking for candidates who have worked on platforms that matter and can thrive in fast-moving, security-conscious environments.
