Junior User Researcher About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior User Researcher to join a growing digital consultancy focused on delivering user-centred digital products and services.

You'll become part of a collaborative community of professionals who are passionate about user-centred design, critical thinking, problem solving and creating impactful digital experiences.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your research skills, work alongside experienced practitioners and contribute to meaningful projects that improve experiences for end users.

Key Responsibilities As a Junior User Researcher, you will: Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Developers and fellow User Researchers to plan and deliver high-impact research that builds a deeper understanding of users.

Support and manage research activities, recommending appropriate research methods based on project needs and priorities.

Conduct inclusive research with a diverse range of users, including individuals with additional needs and hard-to-reach audiences.

Consider the end-to-end user journey, taking into account business, policy and technical constraints that may influence the user experience.

Communicate research findings clearly and effectively to project teams and stakeholders, helping to build empathy and support informed decision-making.

Develop your user research capabilities through ongoing coaching, guidance and professional development opportunities.
