The Opportunity
We are looking for a Technology Delivery Lead Specialist to support the delivery of complex technology solutions for clients across the UK Health and Public Services sectors.
You will work collaboratively with Product Owners, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Subject Matter Experts and Developers to design and deliver technology solutions that address real-world challenges. The role requires someone who can understand business needs, translate requirements into actionable design documentation and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
This is an opportunity to contribute to complex technology projects, work with modern cloud and SaaS platforms, and apply emerging AI technologies to improve project and programme delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design, develop and deliver complex technology solutions.
Translate business needs and requirements into clear, actionable design documentation.
Communicate technical solutions effectively to stakeholders with varying levels of technical knowledge.
Support delivery planning, problem-solving and decision-making across the project lifecycle.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers and internal stakeholders.
Analyse data to inform systems design and support evidence-based delivery decisions.
Work across Agile and Waterfall delivery environments, adapting to the methodology best suited to each project.
Support and collaborate with junior team members, contributing to effective team delivery.
Apply agentic AI and generative AI tools to support project and programme delivery.
Adapt quickly to new client environments, technologies and delivery challenges.
Essential Skills & Experience
At least 2-3 years' experience in one or more roles across the technology delivery lifecycle, including project or programme management, design, development or quality assurance.
