Shift Pattern: 24/7, 19 days in a month comprised of 12-hour days, 8-hour days and 12-hour nights

Sanderson G&D are seeking L1 SOC Analysts, at both a junior and senior level to join a new programme of work supporting a public sector client on interesting and critical work.
Responsibilities:
- Real-time security event monitoring and triage
- Incident Analysis and Escalation
- Compliance with internal security protocols and reporting standards, with continuous improvement
- Continuous monitoring of security alerts and logs across internal systems
- Incident triage and escalation
- Daily operational reports and incident summaries; contribution to monthly performance reviews
- Adherence to security standards and participation in processes improvement initiatives
- Effective communication with internal teams and external partners during incidents and investigations
