Teams Telephony Engineer

Working within a highly secure defence setting, you will play a key role in designing, implementing and supporting modern telephony and collaboration solutions while ensuring the stability, security and resilience of critical infrastructure services.
Key Responsibilities
Design, deploy and support Microsoft Teams Telephony and Voice solutions.
Lead infrastructure and collaboration technology workstreams across complex defence projects.
Provide expert-level troubleshooting, fault diagnosis and resolution for telephony and infrastructure services.
Ensure service delivery meets demanding SLAs and operational requirements.
Work within strict governance, security and change management processes.
Contribute to service improvement initiatives, increasing supportability and reducing operational costs.
Essential Skills & Experience
Active SC Clearance .
Strong experience with Microsoft Teams Voice , Direct Routing, SIP, VoIP and Unified Communications technologies.
Extensive experience supporting and managing enterprise infrastructure environments.
Advanced technical troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience with technologies such as virtualization, messaging platforms, Windows infrastructure, file/print services and enterprise collaboration tools.
Proven experience leading technical projects or workstreams using recognised methodologies such as PRINCE2 or PMI .
Experience operating within highly regulated, secure environments with robust governance controls.
Strong understanding of service management and working to challenging SLA targets
