We're supporting a boutique consultancy as they grow their Cheltenham-based team, delivering work across public sector and national security programmes. The local team is intentionally small today, with clear plans to scale, offering early hires genuine influence over how the practice develops.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting public sector and national security clients through complex transformation programmes

  • Operating in lean teams with a high degree of autonomy and accountability
  • Contributing to the growth and direction of the Manchester practice
