Business Change Manager
Contract: 6 months, expected to extend
Location: Central London
Working Pattern: 2-3 days per week in the office
Tax Status: Inside IR35

Summary of Role
This role will join an established team working on a priority Central Government programme established to deliver transformational change.
As Business Change Manager, you will lead the delivery of business change across a multi-disciplinary Central Government team, providing visible leadership and overseeing the quality and consistency of change activity across a diverse range of policy and delivery areas.
Experience
We are seeking an experienced Business Change Manager to lead coordinated business change across a complex, multi-stream programme.
You will develop and deliver change strategies that embed new ways of working and create the products needed for successful adoption, often against varied outcomes and conflicting timelines.
You will bring proven experience of identifying and managing a broad range of stakeholders, and of designing and delivering effective communications that drive successful adoption of change into the business.
Working alongside Delivery Leads and a Benefits Manager, you will assess business readiness, plan benefits realisation and lead on the business change elements of the business case.
You will be comfortable operating with autonomy in an uncertain and continually changing environment, and confident in building capability and high performance in those around you.
