As Senior Graphic Designer you are at the heart of our in-house Studio, responsible for shaping and producing compelling brand and product assets across our portfolio of six interiors brands. With a particular focus on digital content, you will be instrumental in delivering high-performance creative that inspires, engages audiences and drives conversion.
You will lead the development of visual content for social media, email and paid media, combining strong aesthetics with a strong digital focus. You’ll bring our brands to life through vibrant, conversion-minded visuals tailored to both direct-to-consumer and trade audiences.
Working closely with brand, marketing, trading and performance teams, you’ll ensure all creative aligns with broader business objectives and embodies our design-led ethos. You will also play a key role in upholding visual consistency and driving creative innovation in a fast-evolving digital landscape, ultimately positioning our brands as leaders in the luxury interiors sector.
PURPOSE ·
- Creation of industry leading brand and product creative assets.
- Deliver reactive and trend-aligned content that drives engagement, builds brand equity, and supports measurable outcomes in a luxury trade and direct to consumer context.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create high-performing digital-first assets optimised for social channels, website, print and digital advertising, email, lookbooks and POS.
- Translate brand and campaign narratives into digital visuals that are reactive to industry trends and aligned with platform requirements (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest).
- Collaborate with Digital Team, performance marketing and social media to A/B test creative, iterate quickly, and apply learnings to future content.
- Create elevated digital experiences that reflect luxury brand positioning across all digital consumer touchpoints.
- Maintain understanding of luxury digital trends and emerging creative formats, applying best practices in motion, interactivity, and experiential design.
- Ensure that all assets created are in alignment with the brand guidelines, brand character and that they uphold the brand standards and expression for each brand.
- Create rapid-turnaround content for timely brand moments or seasonal campaigns.
- Bring graphics and marketing industry best practise inhouse to ensure assets created are to an exceptional standard and are fit for purpose.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Graphic Design Degree and/or 5+ years design experience
- Expert knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite and the knowledge of motion graphics, short-form video editing, and use of tools like Premiere Pro.
- Organised, self-motivated team player with excellent collaboration skills.
- Strong experience social-first creative for luxury and/or lifestyle brands.
- Proven ability to create reactive, culturally relevant content for digital platform.
