Working closely with Finance stakeholders and the wider IT team, you will deliver high-quality reporting and analytics that support financial analysis, management reporting and business decision-making. Key Responsibilities Design and maintain Workday Advanced, Matrix, Composite and Trending reports. Gather and translate finance business requirements into effective reporting solutions. Develop calculated fields and utilise Workday and Prism data sources. Manage report security, scheduling, distribution and performance optimisation. Test, troubleshoot and support reporting solutions throughout their lifecycle. Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to ensure adherence to governance and change processes.
