For this role, we're looking for a hands on / technical Solution Architect with Java and Kafka to drive forward the end-to-end architecture for s RTL Payments Transformation, ensuring cohesive design across Payments, Reconciliation, KYC, Cash Management, Monitoring, and Billing using an event-driven architecture. Key Responsibilities: Own solution architecture and HLD across workstreams Define event-driven patterns (Kafka, streaming, async) Manage cross-domain dependencies and integration Provide governance, design approvals, and stakeholder engagement Collaborate with architects and offshore teams Ensure NFRs (scalability, resilience, security, compliance) Lead design workshops and manage architecture roadmap Primary Skills: Solution architecture HLD design Event-driven architecture (Kafka, streaming)
