Are you a Platform Engineer who enjoys owning services, solving complex operational challenges, and building secure cloud platforms at scale?
We're looking for a hands-on Platform Engineer to help design, build and support secure, highly available cloud infrastructure within a fast-paced, regulated environment.
This is more than a traditional infrastructure role. You'll play a key part in building and operating AWS-based platforms, supporting critical API services, improving operational resilience, managing incidents, and working closely with Architecture and Security teams to deliver secure and reliable services.

The Role
Design, build and maintain secure, scalable AWS infrastructure
Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, Jenkins and similar tooling
Support containerised and serverless workloads using Kubernetes, Docker and AWS Fargate
Own and support production services and APIs
Monitor platform health, performance and availability
Manage observability, logging and alerting capabilities
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive root cause analysis
Support incident response and service restoration activities
Work closely with Security teams to ensure services remain secure and compliant
Support certificate lifecycle management, access controls and secrets management
Collaborate with architects, engineers and third-party suppliers
Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks and operational processes
Drive platform reliability, resilience and continuous improvement initiatives
Skills & Experience Required
3+ years' experience in Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, SRE or similar roles
Strong AWS experience within production environments
