Test Manager
£425 per day - Outside IR35
London - 3 days a week moving to more remote as the role progresses
6-month initial contract with scope to extend
I am currently looking for a hands-on test manager to provide leadership and drive the improvement of an immature testing function, developing teams and driving quality across a business-critical programme.
Key responsibilities:
- Define and own the overall test strategy and approach
- Lead test planning, coordination, execution, and reporting activities
- Manage test risks, issues, defects, and release readiness processes
- Provide clear stakeholder communication and governance reporting
- Coordinate test environments, resources, and testing activities
- Produce meaningful test metrics and quality reporting
- Ensure testing aligns with project objectives and business outcomes
- Drive quality assurance best practices across the organisation
