I'm currently engaged on behalf of a leading London Market insurer seeking a hands-on Test Lead to support a major transformation programme focused on the migration from Binder Cloud to the VIPR platform.
Key responsibilities include
- Taking ownership of the end-to-end test strategy, planning, execution and delivery across the programme.
- Leading UAT, business validation and go-live testing activities.
- Overseeing the testing of data migration, reporting outputs and core business processes.
- Coordinating testing activities across multiple system integrations and stakeholder groups.
- Managing defects, test reporting, risk visibility and driving programme sign-off.
- Acting as the bridge between Business and Technology teams, ensuring a unified and effective testing approach throughout the transformation.
