We're seeking an experienced Lead EUC Engineer to join a growing technology team in a role that combines hands-on engineering, technical leadership and project delivery responsibilities.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys remaining close to the technology whilst also leading initiatives, mentoring colleagues and driving the delivery of key End User Computing projects. You'll act as a senior technical figure within the team, helping to shape and improve the EUC estate whilst retaining a strong hands-on involvement in engineering activities.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership across End User Computing services and technologies.
Lead the delivery of EUC-related projects and workstreams from inception through to implementation.
Act as a senior escalation point for complex technical issues.
Mentor and support engineers within the team, providing guidance and technical oversight.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective technology solutions.
Contribute to the ongoing development of EUC standards, processes and best practice.
Maintain a hands-on involvement in the support, administration and enhancement of the EUC environment.
Experience Required
Strong End User Computing (EUC) engineering background.
Experience working within Microsoft-focused environments.
Proven track record of leading technical projects and initiatives.
Experience providing technical leadership and/or managing small teams.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on technical delivery.
Desirable Experience
Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
Microsoft 365 technologies.
Azure platform experience.
Modern Workplace solutions.
