We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to join a Platforms and Delivery division, working closely with the Investment Risk Team on a critical data platform maintenance and enhancement programme.
Key skills:
- Strong commercial experience in Data Engineering, particularly using Snowflake
- Proven experience developing and maintaining workflows using Apache Airflow and DBT (Data Build Tool)
- Experience integrating and supporting Bloomberg data feeds, services or associated investment data solutions
- Strong SQL development and data modelling capabilities
- Python programming
- Experience working within complex enterprise data environments
- Ability to quickly understand existing systems and deliver value with minimal ramp-up time
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration abilities
