A leading financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Head of Product to define and deliver its product strategy, roadmap, and digital transformation agenda. Reporting to the COO, you will lead a team of Product Owners and Business Analysts, translating business strategy into scalable digital products, operational capabilities, and technology solutions that enhance both client and colleague experiences.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record in senior product leadership within financial services or another regulated environment, with expertise in product strategy, roadmap management, stakeholder engagement, and delivering business-critical change. Experience working within fast-paced, growth-focused organisations and an understanding of wealth management technology would be advantageous.
