Implementation & Cutover Manager (Pension Schemes Migration)
On behalf of our leading pensions / investment management client we are looking for an experienced and specialist cutover manager who will own implementation activity for a pension scheme migration programme. This person needs a deep understanding of the pensions sector and have a proven record leading release / cutover activity in an implementation role. This is not a regular project manager type position, this person would work closely with the project manager but with two different remits. You will lead blackout planning, coordinating operational SME input to identify affected transactions, operational impacts, required workarounds, exception handling, and restart arrangements. This person will need strong stakeholder & vendor management.
Essential experience
- Proven record working in specialist cutover / implementation management positions
- Deep working knowledge of the pensions sector (investment management is a nice to have too but not essential)
- Experience leading blackout planning, coordinating operational SME input to identify affected transactions, operational impacts, required workarounds, exception handling, and restart arrangements.
- Strong stakeholder & vendor management
