Sanderson is working in partnership with a leading global provider of ICT Services for the large enterprise and public sector markets. We have a contract opportunity for a Temp - Front of House Administrator role.

Location: Bristol based

Role details: The Front of House Administrator is responsible for delivering a professional, welcoming and efficient front-of-house service as the face, acting as the first point of contact for colleagues, clients, visitors and suppliers. The role supports the smooth running of the office environment by combining reception, visitor management, meeting room coordination and administrative support, ensuring a consistently high standard of service, confidentiality and operational effectiveness.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Provide a professional and customer-focused front-of-house experience for all visitors, colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Maintain a safe, secure and well-presented reception and office environment in line with company standards.
  • Coordinate visitor access, meeting room bookings, refreshments and associated logistics to support effective business operations.
  • Deliver timely and accurate administrative support to teams and leaders across the business.
  • Act as a central point of contact for office enquiries, facilities requests, deliveries and supplier interactions.
  • Support compliance with health, safety, security and confidentiality requirements.
  • Supporting room and event set-up's and changes to maintain a world-class environment.

Candidate requirement:

  • Previous experience in a reception, front-of-house, office administration, facilities or customer service role, ideally within a corporate environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and approachable style.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks and respond calmly to interruptions.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering a consistent, high-quality service.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office applications, Outlook calendars, meeting room systems and visitor management tools.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgement.
  • Proactive, flexible and solution-focused, with a willingness to support wider office and business needs.
