Sanderson are supporting a leading financial services brand to identify a Finance Assistant to provide short term support during a period of increased workload.
This is a hands on role that will suit someone with strong Accounts Payable experience who can quickly integrate into the team and hit the ground running.
Key responsibilities
- Processing high volumes of supplier invoices.
- Raising and managing purchase orders.
- Processing employee expenses.
- Managing and responding to queries through a shared finance inbox.
- Supporting day to day finance administration activities.
- Assisting with payroll administration and employee payment queries.
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in an Accounts Payable or Finance Assistant role.
- Strong understanding of invoice processing, purchase orders and expenses.
- Payroll administration experience would be highly advantageous.
- Workday experience would be particularly beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Confident working in a fast paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
