I'm currently supporting a client who is looking for an experienced Business Architect to join a major enterprise-wide transformation programme.
Following a significant digital transformation, this role will focus on redefining business processes, shaping a new operating model, and ensuring the organisation is positioned to realise the benefits of its transformation investment.
Key experience required:
- Enterprise-level Business Architecture experience
- Designing and implementing Target Operating Models
- Redefining and optimising end-to-end business processes
- Strong understanding of Agile Value Chains and value-driven delivery
- Experience working in highly collaborative environments
- Ability to influence and engage senior business stakeholders
- Passion for coaching, mentoring and developing others
- Strong facilitation and workshop leadership skills
Role details:
- 4-5 month initial contract
- Outside IR35
- £550-£600 per day
- Hybrid working
- 2 days per week on site in the Bournemouth area
