About the role
As a Care Team Manager at Sanders Senior Living, you'll lead a team of Care Assistants, ensuring they maintain the highest care standards. You'll plan and provide high-quality care that makes residents feel safe, respected, and independent.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading and supervising a team of Care Assistants.
- Planning and providing high-quality, person-centred care for residents.
- Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with colleagues.
- Supporting the Home Manager and Deputy Manager in delivering care.
- Handling medication administration and conducting medication audits.
Qualifications:
- A dynamic leader with experience in dementia care.
- Proven ability to lead teams and deliver exceptional care.
- Strong organisational and relationship building skills.
- NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care is advantageous but not essential.
