As a Care Team Leader at Sanders Senior Living, you will be focused on professionalism, kindness, and compassion. Your role involves planning and delivering high‐quality care that keeps residents safe, respected, and independent.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Care Assistants to maintain the highest care standards.
  • Keep accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • Support the Senior General Manager and Deputy Managers, providing physical, social, and emotional care to residents.
  • Handle medication administration and conduct medication audits.
  • Manage staffing schedules, ensuring coverage of 36 hours per week (3 nights per week, including alternate weekends).

Qualifications

  • NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care.
  • Experience in person‐centred care planning.
  • Expertise in dementia care.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and deliver exceptional care.
  • Positive energy, strong relationship‐building skills, and excellent organisational abilities.
