As a Care Team Manager at Sanders Senior Living, you will plan and deliver high-quality, person-centred care that fosters residents’ safety, respect, and independence. You will lead and support a team of Care Assistants, maintain accurate records, and collaborate closely with the Home Manager and Deputy Manager.
Key duties include:
- Providing leadership and guidance to Care Assistants to ensure high care standards are met.
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation and communicating effectively with staff and families.
- Supporting the Home Manager and Deputy Manager by delivering physical, social, and emotional care to residents.
- Managing medication administration and ensuring compliance with medication audit requirements.
Requirements
We are seeking a dynamic Care Team Manager who excels in person-centred care planning, possesses expertise in dementia care, and has experience leading teams to deliver exceptional care. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
