We are looking for an enthusiastic and sociable Activities Coordinator to join our team. Your primary responsibility will involve creating and executing engaging activities tailored to each of our residents, mentoring and training staff on how to interact and engage with residents, ensuring each day is filled with special moments. You will ensure residents' dignity and self-esteem are upheld through meaningful interactions, positive relationships, and the freedom to express their individuality.

About you:

Positive, forward-thinking attitude who can inspire and lead others. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must, with experience in a care home setting plus experience in organising activities or leading groups. Assertive yet flexible approach. Successful candidates come from diverse backgrounds. All appointments are subject to safer recruitment requirements to ensure the safeguarding of adults. All positions will involve appropriate checks and clearances.
