About the role: We are currently looking for a Clinical Lead for our Nursing Home. As the Clinical Lead, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our residents receive high-quality clinical care. Your main responsibilities will include leading a team of nurses and stepping up when the Home Manager is not around. The Clinical Lead is responsible for ensuring the safeguarding of our residents is paramount, and you will oversee the devising and implementing of care plans.

About you: The successful Clinical Lead will be an experienced Registered General Nurse with an active NMC pin. Ideally, you will have some nursing home experience and possess good IT skills and knowledge of PCS. The successful Clinical Lead must possess good oral and written communication skills as you will be working closely with a team of nurses and care assistants.
